I am turning forty this year!
My name is Fik, a mother, wife, daughter, sister, sister in law, aunt, friend,
Starting fresh! Acknowledging the past and the impact it has had on you today but not allowing it to hold you back from living your best life. Forty looks a lot of different ways, its definitely not what it used to be.
Forty! AGAIN????
I turned forty for the first time a few years ago and again last year and am planning on turning forty again and again for a long time to come!
At Forty there is a certain level of respect and an expectation that we know who we are, what we are worth and also what we want.

An idea from my son & some of my close friends, a podcast to cover some of the adventures that have got me to this point and also some of my aspirations for myself and my family.
